"Works fine, but the checkout feels a bit awkward"
The site got the job done, but the checkout process was kind of clunky. It wasn’t impossible to use or anything, just a little confusing in a way that made me second-guess what I was doing

"I was a little nervous to try..."
I was a little nervous to try this because my skin reacts to a lot of products, but it’s been fine so far. No redness, no itching, and it feels really light on my face. I also noticed my skin doesn’t feel dry afterward, which is a big plus. I kept the receipt email just in case I needed to return it, but I’m actually happy with it.

"Delivery was faster than expected, right?"
I ordered from LUMIN last week the shipping went smoother than I expected. I got the tracking email quickly, and the package actually showed up earlier than the estimated date, which was a nice surprise. The box looked fine too, no leaks or damage or anything like that. Seems like delivery was handled really well, so I’m happy with it. Has anyone else had the same kind of quick shipping from them?

"Ingredients seem fine, but I don’t really trust it anymore"
The ingredients look decent enough, but nothing about it feels special. I wanted to like it, but after trying it, I just don’t have the same trust in the product. It feels like one of those things that sounds better than it actually is.

"Subscription was a bit of a hassle"
The products are decent, and I don’t mind them overall, but dealing with my subscription was more annoying than it should’ve been. Changing it took longer than I expected, which was frustrating, even though the support team was actually helpful and got it sorted out in the end. So I’m kind of happy with it, but also not totally thrilled.

"A little smoother, but disappointing overall"
I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, and I guess my skin feels slightly smoother, but the dark spots haven’t really changed much at all. I wasn’t expecting a miracle, but I did hope for more visible results. It’s not a terrible product, it just didn’t do much for the main thing I bought it for. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it was kind of underwhelming
